Operations Manager
Job Title: Operations Manager
Reports to: Vice President of Operations
Position Overview: To improve the quality of care and value received by the patient while continuing to maintain and improve the overall operations and profitability of the offices.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Supports corporate vision and strategy. Day to day responsibility for dental office operations. Budget/plan office staffing, training and development for dental operations.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures at the office level.
- Develop and implement operations' policies and procedures.
- Facility planning based on the company's three-year projections and maintenance.
- Planning for staffing based on the company's three-year projections.
- Achieve corporate financial goals for dental operations. Market the practices to increase the fee-for-service (FFS) patient base.
- Complies with American Dental Partners of Wisconsin protocols and AAAHC standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Three years of management experience, preferably in American Dental Partners of Wisconsin office environment.
- College degree in business, health care administration or a related field, or an additional two years experience in American Dental Partners of Wisconsin office environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Financial Impact:
- Develops annual operating plans with adjusted gross revenue projections of $xx - $xx million.
- Has a direct impact on company profits $xx - $xx million annually.
- Recommends capital expenditures greater than $1,000
People Impact:
- Partners with PC leaders to ensure alignment with company purpose and to obtain commitment to annual operating plan goals.
- Directly impacts the hiring, retention, development and separation of directors, managers and individual contributors.
Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity to use computers and other standard office equipment
