Dr. James Peterman is a general dentist who has practiced dentistry since the mid 1960’s. His professional philosophy is rooted in the belief that he must always do his very best to serve his patients.
Dr. Peterman completed his undergraduate studies at Hope College in Holland, Michigan. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1965 at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor. Dr. Peterman received both the Operative Dentistry Award and the Perio Award during his time in dental school. His professional affiliations include the American Dental Association and the Wisconsin Dental Association. He was also an instructor for crown and bridge in the Residency Program at Meriter Hospital in Madison.
Community involvement is important to Dr. Peterman, as well. He is a member of the Madison West Lions Club and the Blackhawk Country Club, as well as an active participant in activities with his church. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and boating.
