Q: What are ForwardDental's hours? A: Each office will offer you different options in terms of size, staffing levels and hours of operation. You will find that many of our locations offer early morning or evening appointment times. We strongly encourage our patients to speak with our staff to determine the hours of serviceQ: Are ForwardDental's hours flexible A: We know you lead a busy life. Although we will always try to accommodate you to schedule the times that you desire, it's good to remember that popular times will usually be harder to get. Late afternoon and early morning appointments tend to book up quickly in most offices. Our staff will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. Q: What if I have to cancel an appointment? A: Appointments are sometimes missed due to unavoidable circumstances. We encourage you to call our dental office if you are unable to make a scheduled appointment. Did you know that many dental offices now charge for missed appointments? Not providing advanced notice of a cancellation (our dental offices prefer 24-48 hours notice) might actually end up costing you! To keep your costs down and help the dental office provide the best access to care for everyone, we urge our patients to keep scheduled appointments or call ahead to cancel. Q: Does ForwardDental provide emergency appointment services? A: Emergencies do happen. Our dental offices have emergency services available during and after office hours including evenings and weekends. An on-call dentist will be paged to attend to emegency situations. The purpose of an emergency visit is to diagnose the condition and determine its severity, control bleeding and alleviate pain. In many cases, an additional appointment will be needed to provide the final treatment for the condition. Remember, our dentists care about your dental health! Q: What insurance plans does ForwardDental accept? A: Most of offices accept all traditional dental insurance plans and participate in a variety of prepaid plans. As a service to you, our offices will prepare and submit the necessary forms for your insurance benefits. We also offer our exclusive "dentalpaymentplan" option where quallified patients may spread their payments out over time with a low interest or no interest payment option. We also accept major credit cards. We recommend calling us to determine if we accept your insurance plan. Q: Does ForwardDental offer discounts for senior citizens or uninsured patients? A: Yes -- we offer a 5% Senior Citizen Discount for seniors who do not have dental insurance when payment is made in full with cash or a check at the time when services are rendered. All patients without dental insurance will receive a 5% discount when they pay in full for services with either cash or check at the time of their appointment. Only one discount applies per patient.
